you're not wrong but games like the Seattle one are not what I was referring to, those games are an anomaly for the Pack. That one was similar to their chiefs game last year.

yeah a lot of GB fans (and AR12 FF owners) have criticized McCarthy for pumping the brakes in games when they get ahead the past few years cause people are so used to seeing coaches like Belichick bleed teams out

To me that seems to be the element of overconfidence. Go into the locker room with a strong lead and don't get themselves focused enough to keep it up.

Yeah I hate whenever Marvin gets a lead, hell sit on it. Even three points. It's awful.

It isnt college where how bad you beat North West Idaho State (Go Dustmites!) has an effect on if you play for a title. Its the 9th or 10th tiebreaker.. not really worth the risk of injury if you have enough of a lead.

The problem has been the teams inability to hold a lead.. thats on your def most of the time.

its not a matter of injury risk, the starters stay in and just fuck around. this nigga threw 3 TDs in the first quarter against the Saints last year, the game still came down to the final play. LOL

That has a lot to do with it. They also haven't scored once on an opening drive this year. Last season they scored on almost every opening drive. The offense isn't up to the level they were then and while their defense has improved they've lost a lot of turnovers that they relied on in previous seasons.

Nashville radio has been going crazy about Harper for months. The local sports radio guys have been ripping CJ for how selfish he is and how he won't accept blame for their running game.

He shouldn't lol, their run blocking is absolute garbage. 2 or 3 weeks in he was averaging more yards after contact than ypc. He is a convenient scapegoat.
