I can sum your current argument up in a sentence: You would much rather see Romney, a man whose platform you can't defend and who likely will drive this country into the ground because he's a liar who can't do math, be President because you know for a fact that Obama hasn't done it right.

I don't have a lack of conviction, I have been pretty clear and consistent with my stance. Or, do you need to look up what conviction is? It's certainly not being right or wrong, merely maintaining ones stance.

As I have stated I don't think that Romney will do better. But I don't think that Obama deserves another four years any more than I think Jersey Shore deserves another four years on television.

You are correct, I would much rather see Romney, an individual whose platform I can't defend and will likely be driven by the same lobbyists that drive Obama. This is where our agreement parts. You seem to think that Obama actually does things on his own agenda. I at least acknowledge that he is acting on behalf of the individuals who own him. The same individuals that will own Romney and ultimately direct what he does. The end result will be the same, but the puppet will change.

I'm not a scientist in the sense that I work in a laboratory. But, I do believe in abstract thinking above and beyond what is in front of your eyes.


I would be more than happy to elaborate but I think that I have said the same thing over, and over again more than enough that it is really redundant at this point. If you don't comprehend what I'm saying, at least enough to state your disagreement than let's be done with this and move on.

I'm going to be honest and ask, How can I prove to you that I think Romney is a better candidate when I don't think he is? This is a very large part of the problem here. I have reasons that I don't like Obama as I've stated. I don't have reasons why I like Romney, because I don't.

where does this leave me?

It leaves me in a position that I'm sure many Americans are in. How do we vote given this situation, or do we not vote at all.

Let's ignore this entire conversation and try to answer that question from my perspective.


And Bane, I think you and I are just in disagreement that if we have two evils, one must qualify as greater. I'm certainly not discussing the mathematical equation...If you have two children and are presented with shooting one who is on the honor society or one who is a bully is there a right decision? My answer would be no, but if you're choosing the lesser of two evils then clearly it would be shooting the bully. It's not so black and white as you all make it out to be.
