Didn't listen to the interviews but what exactly started this? She was pretty insane/hysterical to be arguing full on like that for a good 2.5 minutes or more (using the alternate viewpoint video as reference).

Right or wrong, that's a punch I'd rather get behind than face. Plus, she had it coming. See how she said in the video that she's a changed person and learned her lesson? I don't think she's telling the truth, but if she was then mission accomplished.

I ride the bus every day and see people skip fares all the time. Some drivers feel they aren't paid enough to give a shit, others insist on actually getting paid and will stop the bus until the person gets back off. I've never seen anyone fuck with a bus driver on a bus I'm on, but I'd approve of the bus driver elevating the conflict if they did. The bus driver isn't just a passenger that sits in the front and drives between stops. S/he's the fucking ruler of the bus. Rule on, uppercut master!

The retarded shit you're referring to was about rather I would *KILL* someone, more specifically stab a 16 year old 13 times in the chest, in order to save my own life.
