What's interesting is that it's entirely reproducible and will most likely work on any random counties you choose

Are that many states using the same vote aggregator software though? I thought there were a bunch of companies doing this task state to state.

You wouldn't even need a full recount to fundamentally prove this correct or wrong, just pick a couple of the larger precincts where the counts should be significantly off. Hell, any recount in an election should sniff this out, anyone want to find an election where a recount happened that would apply - 2008 or later?
