    I had always meant to see that, but after reading a few informal reviews, everyone seemed to agree that it was a great idea that was extremely poorly executed with loads and loads of preachyness. Sads.

    It did have a lot of preachiness. And gore. I'm normally fine with gore, but when it doesn't improve the story at all, it gets disturbing. Like with that baby gif. It's one of the guy's fantasies. Since this guy is supposedly a normal guy who finally decides he's had enough of the idiots in the world, I found it unnecessarily gory and disturbing that he would fantasize about killing that baby. Since, yknow, babies cry. And aren't capable of doing much else.

    The film starts out being very easy to relate to, but as it goes on it spirals into chaos. The only thing I didn't really like about it was the final scenes. I actually thought it was pretty good and Bobcat Goldthwait is a surprisingly good writer/director. Check out World's Greatest Dad, it was actually pretty moving.

    What does it feel like to be offended? Honest question. I think it's like something between angry and embarrassed, but when I feel a negative reaction to something, I end up at one of those and never at "offended". I don't think offense is a real emotion, but just a way of saying you're angry and/or embarrassed without admitting that you're angry and/or embarrassed.
