I have the two center districts, the badlands, and half of rancho to go.

From the PC hotfix update:

Removed the memory_pool_budgets.csv file. which was not connected with the final version of the game and had no influence on it (it was a leftover file used during the development to estimate memory usage. It had no effect on how much memory was actually allocated). Perceived performance increase after editing the file may have been related to restarting the game.

Of course it was a placebo. Or....a conspiracy.

Similarly I did find our a way to level athletics... Equip Berserk cyberware, activate it, swing melee weapon, open the menu (character menu not pause) and just sit there for a while, lol.

Even if its just using a glitch and kinda cheating, I hated how fucking hard it was to level athletics.

Btw: read the description. CDPR confirmed to them that the CSV changes have 0 impact on the game. The file is not used. HEX changes would even result in lower peformance on some tests and they concluded its run variance because....the game’s code is a mess (without saying it that bluntly). Lower core, older CPUs would get a benefit in 1.04 and previous in some scenarios.

Just did an infiltration mission where none of the enemies were aggressive so that was cool.
