Hoooooly batshit! Pretty sure he meant "XI closed beta" in one of those pics. If I remember right, beta testers had to send those back after the test was over.

That seller has been putting that one up there for months at that price. With box, and everything they go for 10-15k depending on seller/buyer these days. One was up a few weeks ago for 7.5k with some papers missing and got picked up within 3 days of it being up.

That jukebox, I'm not fucking buying that. It's spelt AERITH! Not Aeris. For £20, sure, with that mispelling. But not for £40000 (estimate).

Ah, to be fair I didn't think of the money. Actually, I don't consider his connection that much money (although I'm severely underestimating here; I think if I wanted to I can amass such a collection, but I think money is better spent elsewhere) so that's why I didn't link his wealth to the wife at first.

So white, wealthy AND in Japan. Ticks all the boxes I guess. Nevermind then.

I am a professional Concept artist and i work in the game industry, ma hobbies and interests are all about games and i have been collecting FF for over 10 years, it comes together.
My Fiancee also likes FF and she was doing FF cosplay when she was younger,
when we met 7 years ago i barely could pay the rent and power bills, was just starting out as a freelance and she bought me a wacom tablet and helped paying my bills.

Not nice to hear such things.

I am now fairly well established and booked, i earn well enough but i am not wealthy and i work hard for my money.

I like FF a LOT but my collection is not a display of wealth. Also please note that if you buy items on release you dont have to pay overpriced rates on ebay.

i was doing Final Fantasy Art since i was 17, thats about 17 years.
