i want to see cool shit float past my house
as long as it isnt my car
I'm in Hudson Valley, NY. Wind is blowing like a motherfucker. I'd imagine there's gonna be tons of down trees when it's all said and done. Worse if it does snow and the snow ends up being heavy. Surprised power is on for my place but I guess after that ridiculous snow storm two years ago that put us out of power for a week, the electric people stepped their game up. Some friends of mine have already had outtages so it could be a matter of time. Hopefully not. I wish I had a camera so I could explore but I'd also not wanna get slapped in the nuts by a rogue tree branch.
I wonder where animals in the wild hide in this kinda weather?
The animals are smart enough to not live in NJ.
Shit starting to get mildly crazy in DC. Just went out to get food with my two roommates and the wind is brutal. I just put on a pair of ski goggles to walk to Rite Aid.
ok Just got back to the station after running like 40 calls for a few hours. tress on houses everywhere. structure fires everywhere. While we are at a fire before there were trees falling around us and we had to get the apparatus out. pine beach has a 3 home fully involved structure fire going now. eye wall is hitting land now and it's about to get real fun.
Good news is it will make landfall slightly ahead of high tide. You'll see epic flooding, but it could have been worse.
I guess it doesn't take much to get into Brown these days....
"I know the government wants us to think that."
That's the generation that has to pay for our debt crisis everyone! Take a good look!
barometric pressure in AC down to 28.09inHg, which is ridiculous.
