But Cail is probably right, CNN called it a Levee failure... either way water from the river/sea is rushing in and the water is rising quickly... they're talking about picking up people stranded on roof tops, no footage yet. It just happened in the past couple hours during high tide.

yea, the governor was talking about it, saying it was misreported and isnt a levee or dam. its where i was saying, near moonachie, and hte national guard is evacuating the whole town
