And the verdict? Did they do it? I can't even comprehend this. I could understand unpaid days off. Fine. You didn't work those days, you don't get paid those days. But to take away vacation that was already earned? That's really far into the territory of dick moves.

We're a branch of a national company. Our boss initially wanted us to give up our vacation days so that she would be able to avoid some hassle (she claimed that salaried employees would have to as well, which is bullshit). When I filled out my time card she told me to just put in the hours because "nobody told her what to do from corporate." It looks like we might have saved those days. I would have understood not getting paid days we weren't working and I'm happy to not lose those days, but to give up vacation time is low even for them.

Also that picture of Manhattan reminds me of the overworld in Parasite Eve.
