2 of my friends are about to try now as I've yet to do coop still, I know story is coop for sure, but idk if you have to keep hosting each new stage after you finish one like you had to in WO3. Whenever they finally try it I'll let you know, unless someone here already knows the answer.

I see the tier list from 2ch finally got translated, I couldn't make all of it out when I read it last night but I saw WYJ is basically best out of all pretty much.

Regarding the coop question, friend said it doesn't end session after completing a stage, it progresses for both players until they finish story or if someone dies, that's when the session ends, so don't have to keep remaking after completing a stage.

Both people don't have to have the stage cleared, right? Only one? Or can both have no progressed through it at all and just play together?

Neither of them need to have stage cleared, both can start at same time, it's what they did.

Just tried out Xu Shu, thought he would be terrible since he's a strategist and they all suck, but holy shit. I see why he's S tier. Freakin hooded ninja, man.

Yeah, Xu Shu is fucking godly, love playing with him. Playing Sima Shi now and they fucking made his EX on Lightning Sword C4 of all things, which just makes C4 even more godlike, it stops enemies from flying so you can basically follow up with another C4 right afterwards, shit is so damn good... I haven't even used his musou once because of good that shit is lol

Yeah Sima Shi's C4 is so damn OP. It's the perfect crowd control and escape move when you pair it with dash. Go to Ambition mode and temper yourself a tier 4 lightning sword with cyclone and slash and go to town.

I'ma finally try out Ambition Mode once I finish Other story mode, then I'll go back and do the branching battles/what if scenarios. First thing I'm probably gonna do is the 100 consecutive battles to get it out of the way asap.

I did that in one sitting and boy was it tedious as you go higher. My advice before you tackle it, is do 10 first to get a horse. I believe you get a mahogany horse with the special skill Endurance that prevents you from being knocked off the horse. At least I got that one, not sure if it's randomize. Also make sure you have a strong weapon with cyclone and slash. And when you choose the stage, skirmish is the shortest because you can gallop straight to the end boss. Last but not least, do it on beginner difficulty to speed up the process significantly.

Currently in the process now of gaining materials first to get 4th weapon and build it up before I do the 100 battles, I'll make sure to get the Horse before I start as well. I'll try to mix in gaining bonds while grinding materials as well so I get more done in the long run~ Getting some of the stars for the story stages are annoying too, lol. Also, regarding the material stages, does the whole stage have a bunch of boxes you can open? Or just the one near the start and the end boss?

Actually, nevermind, seems to be few more boxes and crates throughout the level but I only pick up the ones near the other officers and otw to the main boss and just repeat while also getting materials from Barracks. It seems what you get after certain consecutive battles is random I guess, I got a Elephant after my 10

I noticed in the material stages, you only get crates if there's an officer at the camp and every camp has a pot. So you can get at least two plus whatever the officer is holding at that spot. If you go to other camps and there's a pot, chances are it contains a material. There are also material pots and crates in the fame stages.

I guess it's randomized after all. I know for a fact at 30 you get Shadow Runner, 60 you get Hex Mark, 90 you get Red Hare, and 100 you get War Elephant. You also get a weapon every 5 battles.

Guess I'll just do with one of the other horses for now then. Just got the merchant and leveling up the facilities is easy now exchanging weapon materials for facility, I just do last area on Barracks which usually gives 14-16 weapon materials, do a quick skirmish battle, choose same area in Barracks and repeat. Bond grinding still gonna suck ass though, but it's still better than DW7 and proficiency grinding in WO3 with a assload of characters. I also hope I get lucky with finding a empty 4th weapon or one with 1-2 skills on it I actually need.

I think I burned myself out on this too quick, lol... I've already grown tired of playing now. I'm definitely not gonna bother to Plat this one either, 1300+ battles to max bonds then collecting all weapons for each officer too? Yeah, fuck that, lol.

On a side, managed to get rank 39 on the lolrankings, just another sign that I been playing this too much I guess.
