In RI, $75 for a two year registration.
But also $400/y in tax (varies with value of car and city).

KY, never made much sense to me on how they calculate it besides "Value". We have 0 emission check laws besides the proprietary have a cat.
For the privelege of driving a vehicle in California i pay $225 a year to register my pickup.
It's in great shape, it's just an old car lol. It's a '95 DeVille but it only has 66,000 or so miles on it, no rollover.
I bought a new Kia Rio5 SX back in May and the registration fee is $40.75/year (gets you your plates/renewal). I also had to pay a $10 title fee and $569 in sales tax (one time fees at sale). My personal property tax on the car is around $250/year.
my 2003 is 150$ for two years with a personalized plate in arizona. My coworker who bought a 2012 car had to pay 200$ for 1 year with no personalized plate.
In Japan you gotta do a vehicle inspection every couple of years (first time is after 3 years if its a new vehicle) and it'll run you about $800-$1000 each time I believe. F that, its the trains for me.
In NC you have to get an inspection and pay vehicle taxes yearly, but the actual registration fee is like $30. Taxes on my '96 Ford Ranger are about $16 annually.
My registration up here in Tallahassee FL is like 58 for a year and 116 for 2. Shit's not that bad in comparison to some places, apparently.
No inspection needed, my 06 Sebring cost $109 in MN for one year.
Here in England, you have to pay for a tax disc, the price of which is based upon carbon emissions these days. My 12 year old 1.4L Polo costs me £165 for a year, plus MOT and service.
Love mySpoiler: show
More than ever before
But can u get roadhead on a bike?
With all the things I've done on my bike, I wouldn't doubt it lmao.
kind of not sure what is the price in Malaysia, but it would be around or less than 100USD. The only problem is the car plate, if you like to pick a specific number, it may between 100 to 100k depending on the popularity.
And the fee in michigan UP is around 88USD, if they haven't increase the price
interesting read. In Singapore, the license + registration fee to own a car can cost up to $70,000 US. But then again, if you live in Singapore, who needs a car.

Here in TN where I live, it's $25 every 2 years or $25 when you register a new car. No emissions either.
In CA, my shit has always costed about $100/year, + the ~$50 for getting an emissions test when it's required (which is every two years I think?). The frustrating part is that after living in the city for a couple years I don't even drive my car anymore other than to move it from spot-to-spot for street sweeping days to avoid tickets. I need to get rid of this shit but I do not want to deal with trying to sell it. Such a gigantic pain in the ass.
