Gmail SMS text verification, something fucked up?

So uh, yesterday I signed into one of my emails after creating it and added my cell phone to the account. It sent out a verification SMS and I signed in as normal.

Fast forward to like, 3mins ago and I randomly get a text that says "Hello Aaron....", and another followed by "If you want to know who this is, add me on yahoo blah blah"

The fuck is going on? Has anyone else had this happen before?

It's a random person trolling accounts and just adding friends. It's *probably* some sort of chat-sex for $$$ service or someone connecting to people to run a scam. Delete the friend request, block them, move on.
