I think legalizing even recreational use is a good idea. Medical pot has been legal in CA since i think 96. There was no issues going to a medical dispensery here and getting pot if you had a card. I know, shocker from Obama not to stick to his campaign promises. I guess though there is some hope. Obama said he was going to crack down on it, he could always just flip flop on his position again.

How many more Americans have to be left to die in other countries, disaster relief efforts screwed up and unconstitutional acts taken by this man for you to finally realize "damn... Maybe we were wrong for going with the popularity and what the media told me to do"???

its more complicated than you think... its a 2 part question where they asked the ppl if they liked the current status, if you select NO then you can vote for independence or statehood the problem is even though the NO is wining by 53.60% against the YES I think congress or president dont remember who said they would consider it if it won by super majority, you can see now why its complicated
