A few pages late, but instead of Hillary running for president, do you thing Obama might appoint her to the supreme court? Curious if the republicans would approve this appoint strictly to keep her out of the white house.

That...makes an amount of sense. She does have a long back ground in law.
But it would be Harriet Miers all over again. She's never been a judge, she has close ties to Obama, and depending on who she replaced it would be like replacing Machiavelli with Heinrich Himmler to the conservatives. So no, it wont happen.
While that would actually be in favor for the repubs, as Apelila said, it won't happen, which sucks.

So my job...I handle all the Suntimes paper in the greater Chicago area and parts in Indiana. Last couple days of people wanting to stop paper because of Obamas win is hilarious.
There were some earlier posts asking, "Why wouldn't someone want Obama to successful?"
It's because both parties define "success" differently. Take healthcare for example. Liberals define success as a single-payer health system. Conservatives define success as getting the government out of the way. Both believe their solution will solve the problem and both believe the other party's solution will kill people.
Can't believe I'm saying this, but Swamp hit the nail on the head on that one.
She looks like she's had more dick than elton john.
Decent op piece to give to your crying republican friends: http://www.star-telegram.com/2012/11...rylink=addthis
a bit late but I really wouldn't be surprised to see Cantor get a push in 2012. he is a star and he is a moderate. Many dems in and around the hill like him and I think he would fare a lot better in the swing states.

All the Ron Paul supporters are posting this.
Reading that article took me back to that delicious rage video. Racist youths of America is one thing but it boggles my mind when someone who could clearly remember the 1990's goes on a rant like that. There's a reason why some of my friends call this country The United States of Amnesia I guess. -.-;
EDIT: So he called another drone strike in an area that he's already striking with drones?
Wall Street firms donated $61m to unseat Obama, but are now crying about how much Dodd-Frank will cost them. Wonder if it's less than what they threw away on the election.
Well, yea. I agree completely. The problem is always going to be perception.
The real problem isn't how they disagree on getting to the "success", the real problem is that 'conservatives' and 'liberals' are acting like the other group needs to die in a fire, explode, and kill their entire family in the process.
I'm sorry to say that this behavior is much more prominent within radicals, who for some reason believe that Obama is the Anti-Christ Hitler reborn and that any of his followers are blind retards who are killing America.
