braved the ice to hit walmart after all. Picked up a telescope for $38... Lots of TVs left but the good stuff sold out at 8pm last night I'm sure.

This, holy shit. Bought a Seagate 7200RPM 500GB for like $40 two years ago and they're still DOUBLE that price now for DOUBLE the storage.

**SephYuyX** · 2012-11-23 16:11

Agree. Absolutly nothing appealing this year.

**kuronosan** · 2012-11-23 16:26

And holy fuck at that Wal-Mart video. Who would ever think that, given the normal WM demographic, cutting open a palette and running off would be a GOOD idea?

**Grey Jorildyn** · 2012-11-23 17:03

They do it for the entertainment. I'm sure of it.

**Xerlic** · 2012-11-23 17:40

Who do you think shot the video?

**Sepukku** · 2012-11-23 18:23

I went to Robinson Mall in Pgh leaving at 5:00am thinking shit would be crazy and the mall was only mildly crowded, no more than say, the 2nd to last saturday before christmas. Target and Walmart were empty. Literally people standing there with their register lights on twiddling their thumbs; no lines. Roads were pretty empty, etc etc. What I thought would take 5-6 hours and not get me to work til 11 finished by 8:30 and I was at work early by 8:45.

I had the PS Vita amazon deal in my cart for about an hour arguing with myself whether or not it was worth it; did a full search of all available ps vita games and was only interested in about two. Gonna kick myself if Type- O is announced anytime soon.

Late to the party, but anyone have any suggestions for super cheap android tablets? Hoping to send some back home to my 7 yr old nephews (who can be quite...'energetic' when playing with any electronics). Seeing some on newegg.com / walmart / amazon / tigerdirect but they all have extremely varied reviews for the ones in my price range (max 100ish)

I have absolutely no interest in a Vita but I'm still tempted to buy that deal.

**Cream Soda** · 2012-11-23 18:49

I was too, until I remembered I'm poor

**Natallon** · 2012-11-23 20:46

People are dumb. I was able to walk in to walmart at like 2:00 PM today and grab all the same stuff with no craziness or hassle. I will NEVER go to Walmart at opening.

**Deader2818** · 2012-11-23 20:55

I was at wal-mart last night at 8 pm for the game sale and had no issues getting what I wanted and the crowd wasn't even that bad.
