I went to last years Black Friday. I went a total of five years, and last year totally put me off doorbusters forever. A person in front of us were saving spots for 42 people. Management did nothing about it, nor the people I saw walking out with 3 "ticket items." The ticket items were items that needed a specific colored flier such as the 40 inch TV that was 189. It pissed me off that I waited three days and didn't get one, but people showing up 4 hours before opening walking out with 3.
Amazon had a deal going for $97 for a 32-inch TV but it sold out in about a nanosecond. I mostly do online shopping for my mom as she's completely clueless and I have faster internet speeds.
What you do here is say fuck you and proceed to walk ahead of them.A person in front of us were saving spots for 42 people
If they did nothing about 42 people cutting you, they're not gonna do shit about you and whoever you were with cutting them
I don't think anyone short of Norris is willing to take on 42 people though. I imagine that was his thought process.
Tickets were handed out at Sears this year, and yet customers would rush in past those in line to registers somewhere else in the store where derpshits were ringing up the doorbuster items for them.
Lol all these videos of people are retarded. I work at Walmart and @ our store we put the shit out starting around 11 a.m. and people just get w/e the fuck they want when they want. They just cant buy it until the sale actually starts.
I must have missed the Vita deal it's 300 on amazon now.
You didn't miss anything, other than owning a useless gadget, a hole in your wallet, and the passive-interest gained in public.
I am looking for a decent TV in the $400-$600 range and the only decent deal I saw was a 50 inch Toshiba that sold out hours before the store even opened. I haven't shopped for a tv in a long time. Do you guys have any recommendations? Have you seen any decent deals online that did not sell out instantly?
Got dragged out by my girlfriend and brother black friday shopping.
Was not that bad, was in and out of.bestbuy in 30 mins. Ended up purchasing one of those sony 24" 3D tvs for $100
Dude at ATT hooked my upgrade up, he essentially sold me an S3 for 1 dollar. Fucking best deal ever
X.
Target had steel gates extending from the door about 100 feet back to prevent people from bum rushing the door from the parking lot. And there is no line saving, it's a 1-to-1 trade out. People have to be more assertive on line management when there's no security. Rally troops behind the offenders and throw them out.
Went to Target earlier. Got Prometheus on BD for $10. That was the extent of my Black Friday shopping this year.
I went to the mall in search of Nintendo Wiis but they were all sold out. Ended up getting three CM Punk t-shirts for $30 total from Hot Topic (haters gonna hate) when they were normally priced $25 each. So yeah I think I did ok.
little off topic, do you also have a new years sale in the states/Canada?
No in Canada we have Boxing Day which is December 26
Yo, someone find me a camera to buy for my wife for xmas. Anything up to $300, if it has a decent lens that would be cool. Don't fuck this up, BG.
