    How to add friends :

    You got 2 choice

    1) Run the friend list app and add the Nintendo ID of the user

    Problem with this method : Your friend will not receive a notice, so your friend will have to add you in return

    2) Miiverse : Search your friend and click add as friend

    This is the best Method because when yoyr friend run the friends app he will receive a pop up about adding you

    edit: totally did not know you had to "setup" the friend list to actually send/receive requests... so if anyone sent me one feel free to try it again now.
