No, not consecutively. Any 3 months paid is enough. Anyway, you should have received an e-mail saying you've got legacy. Or you can log in to your S-E account and see it there under services I think.

btw, qualifying for legacy was easier than expected.

they used to have a 90day payment model. if you took that up at any point past your first month of registering for the game you should have legacy.
