Looking through the music right now that's unknown still,

Track 28 is the music used during the Halloween event of 2011, I will edit if I find any more.
Track 29 I'm pretty sure is the Christmas theme
Track 51 is used in Living on a Prayer - Cutscene
Track 31 plays during the Quest There Might Be Blood - Cutscene
Track 68 is used at the on the last Botanist class quest Cutscene, though I'm pretty sure its a generic CS track

I'm almost positive Track 27 is the Xmas theme, but I have the feeling 29 may be the New Year's theme.. or was the New Year's theme what became the Inn Room?

edit: Starlight Celebration is, indeed, 27. Heavensturn is 29.

I think these are all CSes, but if someone can cite any cutscene they are from, that would help. Almost done!

Track 21 definitely plays in a CS with Sylphs during the main scenario--it might even be "zone" music for the Ashcrown Consortium?
Track 50 plays during a Miner Quest, probably others too-- I can't imagine Miner getting all this unique music love, but I definitely chilled in the instance to this \'~'/
Track 71 plays during White Mage Job Quests I know for certain

Ashcrown Consortium is Merchant's Ward? I did confirm Track 18 as (at least one of) the Merchant's Ward BGM(s).

You could say the Consortium is the Gridania version of Merchant's Ward. It's not the same area as Milfina/Path of the Twelve area
