Working! got to watch it, looks like it'll be a good action anime with a bit of romance, can already see what is probably going to happen, but if they do the story like madkoa/psycho pass they'll throw in a "zomg the horro and holy shit" in there near the end.

It's pretty entertaining honestly. Not as much... boobage as you'd probably desire in an anime, but the comedy is good

Space Bros fans, the show is changing time-slots in Japan, thus ending my concern that the show was going to be finishing in the next couple episodes. Looks like it'll be around for a while longer at least

That manga has turned into somewhat of a culture icon in Japan right now with young kids. They're milking it for everything it has. It's their "hey, see, anime and manga isn't all otaku stuff" get out of jail free card right now.

To me it looked like Space Bros was still going strong, so I wasn't worried about it. There was a lot of stuff that still needs to be covered.

That was partially my worry, the story feels like it's still got a huge amount left and I didn't want some quick 1 episode wrap-up with the hopes of getting a sequel down the road

The Noah IV and delusion nod to Chaos;Head was fantastic as was the turn with SERN. I laughed a bit at the part with Misa telling them to prep the black holes on the helicopter due to a very similar scene in the Resident Evil movie with Jill Valentine. Coincidentally, both being mind controlled by someone else! Been waiting for this and I'm glad to see all the crazy shit happening finally. Daru should be next week as well.

Chihayafuru Ep. 8

I know I pretty much say this every week about this show, but god damn. In 24 minutes, they make me sit on the edge of my seat to watch a japanese card game, introduce completely new characters as opponents that we haven't seen before, give enough of a good, strong back story to not only make them sympathetic but also makes you want to cheer for them, and then remind you why the main characters are the main characters and why you're cheering for them whole heartedly too . And to end it with dat Arata+Shinobu moment. Honestly, best 24 minutes of my Friday, every Friday since it came back. And arguable the best 24 minutes of my entire week.
