I just got accepted into The Movie Pass Beta, and I have 10 keys to give away.

Movie pass is what it sounds like. You get one movie ticket a day for any non2d movie with no blackouts and works at any theater that accepts discovery card, which is most for $35 a month.

I don't think I've ever gone to the movies more than 5 times a month, don't see that service really taking off lol

Yeah its 35 bucks. But i tend to see a lot of movies and so does my gf, so it works out pretty well for me. Plus if im bored I can just walk over and see a movie since its already paid for.

Can you explain how this works a little for curiosity's sake? Does it work by being activated on a certain Discover card (since you mentioned the theater had to take Discover)?

They send you a debt card basically. You use their iphone app to pick a movie at your theater of choice. The. By doing that it unlocks the debt card they sent you and you just pay with it.

No blackouts, 2d movies only, cant buy advanced tickets for midnight releases due to hollywood raging about fandango and such.

Just google it to find more.

Do they stack? like if i wait 2 days do i get 2 tickets? aka 28-31 tickets a month? or if i dont' want to go solo i have to do 2x accounts?

Last I heard is you can't see the same movie more than once, so no buying one then waiting and getting another for the same movie, and there is a 1 year contract.

Its not any worse then a gym membership contract. After the first year its just a flat cancel fee. If you quit super early its a larger fee then if you quit after a few months. While I admit its not the best model, Its not the worst either.
