That doesn't say the LOS extends though, it's talking about even if it lands OOB or past the end line...doesn't say anything about what Tweek is referring to.

Maybe I'm reading it wrong, but I don't feel like that is what it's saying. To me it is saying if it goes past the LOS it isn't IG, even if it's OOB or past the end line...not that the LOS is extended OOB.
