Advice for returning home from Deployment

Sup BG.
I have been deployed for the past 9 Months (It got shortened). Its my first one, and I want to do something nice for my GF when I get back. She went through hell while I was here, (Not hearing from me and that stuff) I want to make it up to her. I've already picked out a nice Hotel for us in Savannah, GA. i'm in 3rd ID.
Anyway anyone got some ideas for us to do?

Try not to do anything brash, like 130 on the freeway while drunk, getting married or someone pregnant, suicide, etc.

Ease back into normal life.

Buy a computer from Walmart, then make her sit behind you while you play SC again! Missed ya man, welcome back. First things first, eat like only a fat american could! For anything specific to GA though, idk, I always drove past that state on my way north cause that place is always cold and boring haha. There's a new james bond movie out though, go see it!

You were the one that was on deployment. All she's done is sit at home! Next time you talk to her, tell her that you can't wait to see what it is she has planned for you when you come back.

I've heard they freeze your credit automatically when you get deployed, I had a buddy who was unaware of this and had trouble getting a car loan. So make sure everything is kosher with your finances before slapping down the plastic.

Otherwise, just enjoy being home.
