Dark dogs with that sort of tuxedo white fur on their chest always look extra handsome for some reason.

you're gonna be so embarrassed when it eats your neighbors baby and all of the buffalo chicken dip
Had him since Saturday now the only thing he's done wrong is eat all the cat food. He farts non stop. And it's fucking brutal. Though that's from changing his food etc. Have his vet appointment on Wednesday to see if there's anything wrong with him. All in all great dog so far.
Hate to break it to you but dog farts get use to it.
Certain breeds more than others because they swallow lots of air.
That story continues to live on lol
Can I have the recipe?
I'll pm it to you lol.
He looks so much like my dog I just rescued, but they claim its pit/boxer mix. Ive heard that she looks all pit, others all boxer, others think she has lab in her, mainly bodytype. You decide.

Pit/Am Staff probably.
Only complaint I have about the dog is that he will sometimes whine in the middle of the night(like 3am.) As soon as I come out and say no he stops for the rest of the night.
You should just be grateful he hasn't mauled anyone yet.
Spoiler: show
Mine did that for the first couple weeks that I had him, he eventually stopped. Now the only time he makes noise in the middle of the night is when he's dreaming. He makes this adorable high pitched bark noise and runs in his sleep every now and then, it wakes me up but its so cute that I usually don't care.
Wanna come over? You should just be grateful he hasn't mauled anyone yet.
Every experience I've ever had with a pitbull has been positive. When I was a kid, my sitter's daughter in law had one named Lady. She would come over a lot, so she got to know us all very fast (we were there every day for hours) and let all the kids climb all over her, play with her, would jump in the pool with us, etc. Not a mean bone in her body towards us, ever. She was one of the best dogs I have ever encountered.
But the SECOND someone unknown showed up in the yard (whether it was a visitor or the uncommon mailman) she got fiercely protective of us. It was amazing to see. She never attacked anyone, but she was definitely intimidating to those that didn't know her.
Just let kids (yours, and any others, nieces, nephews, etc) that come over often play with her a lot. A dogs natural instinct will usually kick in when it has to. If she knows them all, then there should never be an issue. All the animals out there unfortunately use pit bulls for fighting and they get a terrible rap sheet.
how does he do with other dogs? I would try to socialize him with other dogs sooner rather than later if you plan on it. Dog parks are good places for it, make sure you take him off the leash inside of the dog park though alpha dogs will act completely different with their owners around when on leash being protective vs being playful with other dogs off leash. (In general if someone can't trust their dog enough to take them off leash in a dog park they shouldn't bring that dog to the dog park, they should be in controlled training environments)
He's done fairly well so far. He gets very excited to see other dogs since being at the Humane Society. So he usually flies right up to them to start sniffing them, tail wagging the whole time. Sometimes the dogs he approaches do not like it and will growl at him. But that's understandable since this massive dog literally just got right up in their grill. He hasn't acted aggressive towards our cats or any of the dogs he has met. But we've also read that we should not leave him rolling around in the dog park without his leash until we know how he will act. We're enrolling him into training classes specifically for "bully" breeds.
