    Renaming Exchange 2003 domain

Hello getting a new client that is stuck with an SBS 2003, so they have Exchange nad AD on it

I do not have alot of experience on Exchange so i'm wondering

    1) Can i change the Exchange domain without changing the AD domain

Aka they receive email on [email protected] they wanna change it to test.ca (and i'm not talking about the DNS on the inter webs!)

w/e the answer is yes or no, if you guys got a link you can furnish me why it would be a bad idea to do this or steps on how to do it safely would be appreciated

    Thanks

I'm no expert but I believe that you can simply add the new domain as a trusted domain in AD and then go ahead and configure it for use with exchange.

Well i heard from a friend that i can just manually add a 2nd domain to exchange then tell the user to use that domain (this is temporary anyway)
