Medaka looks somewhat boring seeing as the only really move she seems to use is Kurokami Phantom.

Game still looks hype. And also looks like it will have all the same problems I have with the Ninja Storm series.

Is it me or they completely changed shaders for the release version?

My cousin bought this and is playing at my house because he doesn't have a PS3 (he doesn't know Japanese).

The game makes a sound that sounds exactly like when the PS3 hardware is shutting off or has a problem.
Is there any way to disable it?

I don't think there is, you eventually get used to it though. That sound indicates you're being targeted basically, or someone approaching you, or about to combo you, etc.

Game arrived.

In my test bout, my partner, Gintoki, randomly ran over Gokuu with a scooter while he was wailing on me.

I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Yea, the game is highly enjoyable, I play it pretty much daily now, mainly try to play with friends though so I don't have to fight Japan and get bad lag. As usual, some chars are just dumbfuck broken and some completely suck ass.
