Ground Zeroes is called Ground Zeroes because....its Ground Zeroes not 5. As Kojima confirmed when Ground Zeroes was announced.

While it could be possible that this is a trailer for Ground Zeroes I highly doubt it. Why go through such lengths, creating a fake company, teasing a trailer under the title of a different name. All for a game you have already announced.
You have to remember Big Boss was in a coma during the Les Enfants Terribles project. It is possible this takes place during / after that time period. He wakes up in the hospital unaware he was cloned, his mind is turning on him, war has taken its toll, he has nightmares and it sets up for him building Outer Heaven.

The whole Moby Dick thing and the appearance of the whale could mean a lot. Perhaps like Captain Ahab, Big Boss is searching for something that doesn't exist. In addition, the burning flower petals could imply that Big Boss has lost some of his memory (same flower petals from the famous Boss battle).
Nobody should be confused by Big Boss's hook, by Metal Gear 2 Big Boss was noted as having cybernetic leg and armed developed by Dr. Madnar as well as his eye patch. He has started his transition into becoming a Pirate.

Sure there is as well, seems everything has an aspect and meaning of Big Bosses life. Like MSF outfit, The Sorrow, the pedals and so on. Sadly the only thing from the series I can tie in with Britain is Liquid.

Hoping this game gives us some Gray Fox / Naomi and Sniper Wolf. Gray Fox and Naomi cause....well they are far and away some of the best characters in video games imo. And Sniper Wolf because she is my favorite "Boss" in all games.

We've been playing MGS games for years know. We know how Hideo operates. Remember how all the screens had Snake in MGS2, even the Raiden parts? Why wouldn't it surprise you if he went to great lengths to hide and surprise people? This is what he does, and I, for one, fucking love it.
