First he was busy with the ds2 guide, then he's busy moving back to America. He said once he got resettled he'd start up on videos again.

He's probably got a binding NDA since he worked on the Guide. Even if he can post some stuff he's probably gotta be extra careful, and probably doesn't want to really spoil anything for people anyways.

Black Armor and basic edition are the same price. Might as well get the black armor edition. the Collector's Edition (the $120 version) doesn't come with any extra in-game content that the Black Armor edition doesn't get.
The in-game items are weapons/shields. No idea what stats or how early you get them in game or even if there isn't any other way to get them in game.

GS is out of the black armored editions unfortunately. You can still get the big box collectors though, that has a black armored copy in the whole kit.

Anyone here NOT have a delivery date for this from Amazon? I preordered like a week ago but nothing yet. Kinda worried even though I talked to an amazon rep and they were like, yeah it'll come by like the 13th at latest. Sucks to not have an estimate on the actual order though.

I broke the hell down and watched a bit of a live stream last night, ducked out whenever he went near a boss door. I didn't really go looking for spoilers so I am still in the dark to pretty much everything. I did however become that much more hyped. The wait is awful.

Anyone decided what class they will be starting with? I really can't decide if I want to go Explorer or Swordsman...

After I play through though it'll be an essentially worthless disk and I won't be able to replay it down the road. The alternative of waiting until late April to play on PC... I know that's the smart and logical thing to do, but it's REALLY. FRIGGEN. HARD.

Pretty much what I'm doing. PS3 now, PC version later when it goes on sale, with whatever DLC lands by then.

Also gives time to see if the PC port is busted in whatever way, and for bugfixes/community-mods to come out while I work on the vanilla experience on the console.
