The KH3 drop got me man.
When I saw the initial stuff I thought it was the 1.5 mix but then I saw "Kingdom Hearts II" in the background and I was thinking "OH GOD OH GOD OH GOD, IS THIS IT!? IS THIS REALLY HAPPENING!?"

Yeah, my friend generally swings by on Monday's for Raw (goddamn it with that Avatar Exo, I miss that guy) and I was already watching the conference when he showed up. He caught the FFXV stuff and onward. Pretty stoked that he got to see that as it happened though as it just felt... momentous? Historic? I don't know. I haven't been a Sony guy for a very very long time, but goddamn Jack. Goddamn.

This. I thought I was the only one. I'd been pretty underwhelmed with the pressers all day and I was expecting today to be exciting (WWDC + E3) and by the end I was let down. I had to try watching the Sony presser on my phone with one earbud in while in a theatre orchestra rehearsal, but even though I couldn't give it my full attention, there were just spots that blew my mind.

In retrospect, it was extremely well paced to cover all the important stuff like PS3/Vita/media without dragging down the high points and there were so many dropped bombs. FFXV+KH3 BOOM! Used Games/Offline BOOM! $399 BOOM!

Seriously, as I comb through my RSS feeds and podcasts I feel as though everything happened in a world before the Sony presser and it's like the world is different now.

I've been following the major conferences in streams religiously for years now and this one is without a doubt one for the books. I've never seen one that was so successful not only for itself, but to bitchslap the competition so fucking hard. Jesus.
