Sounds great :D Enjoy your New Years!
Get to your mob entry, get WarpStruct Pointer, go to there. The ja0 changes are made in WarpStruct. I'm not familiar with NOP'ing to make ja0 work, but spam writing a certain location in WarpStruct will give you the result your looking for.
If your not familiar with WarpStruct, check out Ashita's SDK. It has mob (entity) defined. In entity you should see Warp, this is a pointer to WarpStruct. If you enable / disable ja0 with a working version and cheatengine/artmoney open the changes should be obvious.
thanks for the tips, i actually thought that the offset is a data address, turn out that it is a code that change the ja0wait dword in the warpstruct.
So even maint mode doesnt trip something wonky? Im not sure how it looks to a server when you enter maint mode at one point, dissapear (since maint mode says it doesnt update the server where your pos is until you disable) and then magically pop up somwhere else?
I think the phrasing of "The server does/doesnt update your character pos" confuses me as to what it exactly means.
In my logic it seems to be safer in maint mode since the server doesnt know what youre doing, IE you can pos/flee as much as you like and the server wont know. But the second you come out of maint mode, the server sees youre in a drastically new location. However that is for the status maint, and not flag maint. So what is the real difference between the two maints?
But I guess if the autojailer isnt around any more, shrug.
Hi All,
I was wondering if plasticsurgeon has been fixed? I have read through a majority of this thread, but have not seen a fix for this issue. Maybe I missed it but would just like to make sure. I miss running around as a Taru!
Also, thanks a bunch to everyone that has been tweaking with the December windower fixes. This thread has helped a ton!
I fixed plasticsurgeon in the original wave of plugin fixes.

Ohhh Jeez!
Sorry I missed that, but thanks a ton!

I would assume using flag control is safer over long distances, since maintenance 'status' would look like large PoS jumps, and I doubt GMs have an easy way to differentiate walkable terrain from not via logs.
For short distances (running through a wall, etc.) I can't imagine it matters.
Is there still no fix for sandbox? It crashes anytime one character is logged in.
Hi redmage1993, i added you on skype & sent you gmail, please pm me or chat on skype ^^
Atom0s from the FFEvo site gave me his Signature Scanner code and I've used it to fix the crashes as well as make Cupper a little more resilient against FFXI updates. If anyone wants to see what the changes are and how it works, look at SigScan.cs and the Player.cs GetAddress method. I'm not going to be playing much anymore so the FFEvo developers will be maintaining Cupper from now on. The newest version will always be located at http://www.ffevo.net/files/file/189-cupper/ as far as I'm aware.
You are well within your right to withhold source code for whatever reasons you have but suggesting that people don't learn from looking at and experimenting with code is absolutely asinine. Spoonfeeding is when you only provide an .exe and say "I'll take care of the rest".
Is anyone else having issues with the in game weather effect filter? I have mine turned off, but they're still showing up...
Edit- it appears to only be in Mount Z.
Ulegurand Range weather gets displayed regardless of your filter setting, I know that much.
I tried to use it yesterday and it worked just fine with one character. But when I logged in my mule everything would work fine for 20 minutes or so and then one or both screens would freeze and then eventually lock up my whole computer and require a reboot.
So I'm not sure whats wrong with it. Developer swears its fine though
