Well, your first all west run is questionable because you didn't kill Dahak or center Troll. But you went all East and killed the NMs and got the Rampart.

Zhayolm NQ hydra seems to have pop condition on that floor. We cleared only the gears and tryed to pop it, no pop. Then we had someone hold it and cleared the 2 ramparts in the corners. After last add from them died it poped NQ hydra.

Unless someone can confirm that they've gone different directions and still gotten HQ? So far it seems like everyone who has gotten HQ has stuck to one side.

ARII again. Entered Thundersday and started 4th floor lamia on Lightsday.

Killed them in pairs to see what would make Spoilator pop. Killed 2x Dancer no pop. Killed 2x Fatedealer no pop. Killed 2x Darter and popped w/ the two Graverobbers still up in the room.

Didn't kill the 4 ramparts on 5th floor - Didn't get NQ Khim on 6th floor.

7th floor dropped 2x gote. Also the Acrolith on the 4th floor dropped both Umbrage and Bloodshed plans.

Didnt do anything extra, just killing 1-2 mobs per F to unlock and let lamp replicate the rest
didnt kill all machines this time too (theres way too many gear/gears at 5F, didnt wanna risk time out)
total 7NM + the 2 chims
not everyone unlocked everything (whm and drk didnt unlock ring, somehow 3F lamp only got ONE unlock and BST took it)
1 rampart killed (excluding the one that pop chim)

I recall someone earlier in the thread skipping NQ Cerb in Bhaf because they only had about 10 minutes left when they popped it, which leads me to think that NQ Cerb has nothing to do with time.

Okay, so I just tried to replicate Arthar's run. Several things were different:
Floor 1) The floor 1 Chigoe didn't spawn, as far as I can tell. I DCed on the first floor and was going DNC+WHM+BRD, so perhaps there's a time limit on clearing the wing. I ran through several times and confirmed it wasn't up.
Floor 2) Nothing different.
Floor 3) The Acrolith NM on floor 2 spawned in the second group of Qutrubs instead of the first this time.
Floor 4) A NQ Acrolith (one of the two to pop the NM) dropped a cotton coin pouch. The Lamia NM spawned after I killed the second Dartist (My 10th Lamia kill so far that run), but there was still one more Lamia left up (Graverobber).
Floor 5) I killed 3 gears (built TP for aftermath) but otherwise skipped the floor.
Floor 6) I ignored the Chariots in the side rooms. The Rampart just popped a Chariot instead of the NQ Khimaira

Probably a dumb question, but there's nothing anywhere to suggest any sort of augment system added too right? And so I can chuck all the old 15/25/35s I had saved up in case they did it tatter style?

my chigoe is on a stairway between rooms and always spawns i believe, not always last room or watever, it is possible that u may miss it on your way to warp

it will however only aggro when u cleared the wing

u need to make the 75 version to upgrade to +1

so ur 15 25 35 is still "useful"

you can always throw into slip no.1 anyway XD

and finally a thought on rampart (the one to pop NQs):
1. maybe u can "deaggro it" by prolly run away and logout since they dont move... or if they do, sleep it and logout?
2. try to clear the room and pull it again to see if it spawn another reinforcement XD

I did mainly with a BST (TH1 pet booo) and only got small bag in like 4 salvage runs.... aside from HQ bosses, NQ bosses have never dropped huge bag for me (yet)
all 4 runs me and BST managed to split 50+ alex each

It normally spawns on the stairway that doesn't have a Lamia, yeah. I went back and checked that stairway several times, then ran pretty much from the entrance to warp and back twice with fillmode on looking for it.

Had to check my logs to confirm.
Can confirm it doesn't matter if you switch sides.
Did two similar BR runs last night.
E W W E (Sort of by mistake on the last east, but I was super tired.)

The first run we missed the Dahak NM on first floor and the gear NM on the 4th floor because I didnt notice kill at the same time.
Second run we killed all NM.
Both runs we got HQ boss.

do you know how fast you got to floor 4 or perhaps the time to kill the last 3 triple gears?
for sure its not # of mobs killed
not # of nm's kileld
so same sides debunked

only thing it can be is time based or just random hehe?

This. To potentially add to this verification, we cleared everything BUT the two ramparts in the corners (including the Acrolith in the side rooms) and it would not spit out the Hydra. In fact, it would not use Reinforcements at all, so we knew something was up. For the record, we did kill Battleclad Chariot on the floor before.

Yep, had about 10 minutes when we started fighting NQ Cerb popped on us.

4F Gear NM isn't kill at the same time, both times I managed to pop it I killed the gears one after the other.
