edit: as Jet said, Arrapago khim bosses drop it, and so do Dvrgr bosses in SSR.

I updated all of the individual level 45 component pages on BG Wiki with the correct drop locations (many were missing information, some actually had incorrect information), so they should all be accurate and complete now.

Do you fulltime -pdt set besides during ws?

i full time pdt during melee and ws hehe with seigan. He just always has 3 heads cause no crit ws on drk so is dangerous.

I don't know if this has been pointed out before, but I just had the chance to accidentally discover that if you murder the NQ Dvergr's rampart before it pops (after "readies reinforcements" message, but before spawn), it doesn't count as a pop and you get him again on the last floor. If I'd had to guess I would have figured since the other NM-popping requirements in the zone were mostly agnostic about whether or not the mobs got a chance to pop, you'd get the HQ. But nope.

Managed to chop off hydra head but it just grows it back at some point later. Fellcleave makes clearing really fast at least, prob had 40 min remaining by the time I fight boss.

You need to knock off both heads to prevent pyric bulwark. I think the left one (if you're facing it) only prevents polar. I switched my RDM to SCH and it made both fights much easier. I don't even bother with PDT now. Regen + Embrava makes it pretty hard to die on the HQ. I also go BLU/NIN so I have shadows. Low recast on Ni with haste+embrava.

Stun really helps if possible. Doesn't seem resistant at all.

Trying to get the damn skadi legs to drop but 0/10+.

Oh crap, I wanted to post this earlier. It's possible for the rampart on the 3rd floor to NOT spawn the NM at all. We had it pop five? diremite I think, and then it starting using regular rampart tp moves. This was the north rampart, and we never touched the south one. Never seen this before, but I'm guessing, if this happens, you need to attack the south rampart instead for a chance to pop the NM.

While on the subject of Hydra, what would be a better tank? MNK (Vereth), DRK (Apoc/Rag), or SAM (Amano).
I assume Twilight Scythe does nothing with shield up?

Also, SCH or WHM for the mule?

Twilight scythe will hit through his shield, speeding it up immensely. My fastest kills were 3min NQ 5 min HQ while on drk. Hitting him with twilight means he gains tp which makes him put up another tp move and hopefully changes his shield.

Hydra hit's really hard, drk won't be chopping off any heads, still pussy with bard + sabatoeur slow unless you get randomly fucked by nervegas combo. If monk gets hit through counterstance it can really hurt I'd imagine. Mura sam won't be able to get tp when shield is up, unless you save meditate for it. Mura only works on ws not tp phase so will hit for 0. Twilight you hit, but ws will do 0 hehe.

I really hate zhay but what can you do when it drops the most blood.

I'm 5/5 skadi and morrigans 45's, too bad I'm not really interested in making them. Think 2/5 ares and 3/5 usu.

Any clue what 2 peice of ares does yet?
