i created something similar. excel is wonderful for plugging in formulas and being able to drag it over a range of cells with each value going up one each time.

I just worked through the Recast stuff and it looks good. Black Belt does seem to be 120/1024 (listed as 122/1024 in Motenten's sheet).

did some more testing with BB, i'm thinking it has to be 122. Here's why:

went to test usu feet +1:

usu feet+1, arbuda grip, hasty pinion gives recast of 57 s.

if x is 50 = 57.07 s
if x is 51 = 57.012 s; so it's 31 or less
if x is 52 = 56.953 s

usu feet +1 BB, arbuda grip, hasty pinion gives recast of 49 s.

if x is 140 = 50.039s
if x is 141 = 49.98s; so it's 31 or greater.

however, swapped out BB for thaumas body, nomkhapa mittens, and kitty pants and got a recast of 50s. so will have to redo previous test with different value for BB. edit, and even more testing of BB: it is 122. BB +10% haste (used kitty pants, thaumas body, arbuda grip) gives a recast of 46s.

if x is 220 = 47.109 s
if x is 221 = 47.051 s
if x is 222 = 46.992 s

edit again: so with 50 second recast with thaumas body, nomkhapa mittens, kitty pants, arbuda grip, and hasty pinion that makes usu feet +1 30 / 1024.

tested usu legs+1, with thaumas body recast of reraise was 54s:

using (1-(x/1024))*60, with x being the haste value, we get:

if x is 100 = 54.141 sec
if x is 101 = 54.082 sec
if x is 102 = 54.023 sec; so it's 62 or less
if x is 103 = 53.965 sec

now adding 16% haste (twilight belt, thaumas body, nomkahpa mittens, arbuda grip, hasty pinion), get recast of reraise 46s:

if x is 220 = 47.109
if x is 221 = 47.051
if x is 222 = 46.992; so it's 62 or greater
if x is 223 = 46.934

so usu legs +1 = 62/1024 !!

went to test nomkahpa mittens but in the tests it required twilight belt, and i thought "maybe it's not 70?" so i tested that first. with twilight belt, kitty pants, thaumas body, and hasty pinion i get 49s recast, so it's at least 71, and with just belt and haste spell i get 47s recast, so it's 71 or less. meaning it is 71 / 1024. BTW, got the same results for Ocelomeh headpiece +1.

So now for nomkahpa mittens: mittens + kitty pants + enkidu's leggings + twilight belt + thaumas body + arbuda grip gave me 47 second recast. therefore mittens are 30 / 1024.

On to the usu +1 retests! :

usu feet +1: kitty pants + twilight belt + nomkahpa mittens + thaumas body also gave 47s recast. it's 30 / 1024.

usu legs +1: thaumas body + nomkahpa mittens + twilight belt + enkidu's leggings gave 46s recast, so it's at least 61. haste spell + hasty pinion gave 47s, it is 61 / 1024.

usu head +1: recast of 57s, so it's 51 or less; with thaumas body, nomkahpa mittens, kitty pants 49s recast, so it's at least 51. it is 51 / 1024.


with these known, we can now get an exact set bonus haste value for 3/5 usu+1:

head hands legs thaumas body gave a recast of 48s, so it is at most 51; head hands feet thaumas body kitty pants gave a recast of 46s, so it is at least 51. it is 51 / 1024 for 3/5 usu+1.

went and figured out the exact value for 2/5 usu +1 as well:

usu feet and hands: with twilight belt, kitty pants, and thaumas body gave 47 sec, so it is at most 30. with BB and thaumas body it gave 46s recast, so it is at least 30.

2/5 usu is 30 / 1024.

alright, figured out the exact value for 4/5 usu+1 as well. had to grab my alt on brd and scrummage a gimp march+1 horn:

4/5 usu + victory march with a +1 horn i got a recast of reraise at 40 seconds, which means set bonus has to be 71 or more.

4/5 usu + haste spell + advancing march with a +1 horn i got a recast of reraise at 34s, which means set bonus has to be 71 or less.

set bonus is 71 / 1024.

Almost done with getting every 45 I need, I see a lot of you guys already are starting to stock pile the +1s. Would be nice if I could get your opinions on which zone is best to farm for what page. Apart from Usu and Morrigan seeing as they only drop in one zone anyway. BARANCU

So, I'm in SS and all of a sudden ramparts are aggroing and linking from massive distances...that 1f room where theres 2 ramparts on each end, usually I can pull them one at a time, all of a sudden they linked, the corner ramparts on 2f linked from max distance.

no weather, if anyone asks, and I've done absolutely nothing different from my previous runs.
