for SSR2, I sneak through, clear out gears for unlocks, then go back to orobon/flayer.

Can a SAM SCH THF clear Zhayolm Remnants II with relative ease?
How would SCH/RDM MNK/THF MNK/?? fair in Salvage II with one of the MNKs being 2boxed by the SCH? Would the TH benefit and kill speed decrease be worth it going SCH THF MNK where the THF would be 2boxed?
I like sch DD in salvage

If you have more than 1 person, there's no reason not to bring a THF, unless their gear really sucks. SCH just needs to throw up regen 5 and afk (not really, but it's very easy to dual box one).
Sure. I personally prefer one job with stun though, and not just blade bash.
Doesn't take long to build up sufficient physical resistance to get those kinds of numbers though.
Elaborate on what? A job with a reliable stun will be able to try to stun Pyric Bulwark. I've only done it on MNK, but given how hard the hydras hit you'll probably be riding Seigan and Third Eye most of the time.
smite <->smite is ligh, shijin <-> smite is light.
How about multiple level chains? Ideally ending in Shijin lol
if you bring mnks you wont need to do skillchains (for cerberus). 1 mnk with max formless strikes owns each cerberus in 4 minutes, with 2 MNKs, 2 mn or less. On any non NMs the mobs will die before you can actually skillchain.
Oh right, that's even better then. Thanks.
I dont know if I remember reading correctly, but is Cerberus resistant to drakness skillchains to the point it's barely beneficial?
Also anyone know how blu fares vs hydra and dvergr? Wondering if stun lands reliably on them. I dunno how I'd trio box ZR2 and SSR2 bosses especially since i dont use a cure bot or spellcast. Both mules are pretty much restricted to thf and whm and my main only has BRD BLU WAR BST RDM BLM. I'm thinking I can just play defensively on war but I just don't like worrying about spamming JAs when im focusing on SATAing curing buffing pulling etc
BLU/NIN for Hydra is probably the best idea, especially if dual boxing, (shadows make it slightly easier from my experience), and you can avoid the dispel from trembling. Temporal shift works as a reliable stun; sudden lunge does not work. Save it for pyric bulwark obviously. Holy waters for nerve gas are a good idea.
BLU/whatever works fine for dvergr. /NIN is nice for evading nukes, but he does wipe shadows pretty easily. Magic barrier is extremely useful (gear for haste, not blue skill, so you can spam it). You should be able to survive anything, even while cursed. Personally, I go /RDM here, mainly for convert, but MDB is nice too.
I would highly recommend power-leveling one of your mule's SCH to 99. Embrava makes the HQ bosses a joke, especially Hydra. It's also an excellent tool for wiping out the first floor very quickly (lowers whirl of rage recast by a lot + regen to keep you alive). Kaustra is very effective against hydra also.
Overall, I think if I were tri-boxing instead of dual-boxing, I would go with BLU BRD SCH.
Thanks for the tips! I'm assuming physical spells don't do damage during pyric so I was wondering what spells (outside of the usual) you have set to deal with Hydra's silly TP moves. Also is Magic Barrier the only necessary line of defense vs Dvergr?
I can indeed bring the thf mule as a brd but I'm more concerned with plans. Willing to decrease my winrate on HQ boss, they're just bonuses ^^.
We are having a few problems with Zhayolm Remnants II
1) First floor Poroggro NM, is it guaranteed to drop a Bloodshed? Yesterday it dropped only 1 Umbrage.
2) On the third floor, the Gear NM that pops in the southern room after opening the door, is it guaranteed to drop a Bloodshed? Yesterday it dropped only 1 Umbrage.
3) Fifth floor, is there any safe method of pulling the gears/chariot without aggroing them all?
