    Unlocking a phone

    I have my friend's old motorola mb860, and a friend who works a T-mobile, sent me a couple months worth of 1-month trial sim cards for free with unlimited talk/text/web, but his phone is locked to AT&T and google hasn't been much of any help, only offers solutions where I'd have to pay.

    Don't care if I have to change the OS or anything else, this phone is useless to me as it is now and looking to get it working with the t-mobile sim card at some point before it expires.

    Anyone here able to help with this?
