It doesn't address at what level of disenfranchisement, what level of exposure to violence (de-sensitivity), what level of (insert other factor, can be as kooky as poor diet and the hormonal/biological changes it causes) turns children, teenagers, and adults into people willing to kill 5-6 y/o children.
The truly sad part about all of this is that no therapy is going to cure what happened to those kids today. Some will endure and be fine, and some will forever have that mark that taints their life.
