Kirk = Mal = Thrawn > Luke = R2D2 > Vader > Leia > Lando > Chewie > Boba Fett > ewoks > Han = C3P0. Han Solo (at least movie/TV versions of everyone), is terrible, and people suggesting that he'd win because "he'd shoot first" do not seem to know their Kirk very well. And in every other aspect, movie/TV Kirk and Mal are vastly and objectively superior. The only way that Han Solo wins is if he's replaced with Indiana Jones.

If they know anything about each other, Mal and Han would shoot each other as fast as possible assuming Kirk was not a threat. Then Kirk would be left standing there going "well that was easy enough".
