I'll be picking FFXIV up once 2.0 hits, and have been searching for a linkshell/free company to roll with.
Always had a lot of focus on endgame, in all MMORPGs I've played, and I do not think FFXIV will be any different. So yeah, somewhat focus on endgame etc is needed.

I'm playing a lot Sunday > Thursday (often into very late hours), and do not like to be scheduled for Friday and Saturday (obvious reasons).
