I'd be pretty happy if it came out of the box with some content that is accessible and builds up patch after patch. Assault comes mind, but preferably with more variety of stuff.

What game ever releases all of the content right as an expansion comes out? Unless they just mean the story, but even then, they have to keep you paying that monthly fee somehow.

More for the lack of things to do during the time frame of getting everything out, IMO. Waiting months for a few hours worth of missions (ignoring wait til JP midnight filler) is pretty rage worthy, but toss in some meaningful new areas, events, battlefields, etc, and you've got a solid update. WotG just really tarnished them. CoP certainly had its hickups too. ToAU seemed very reasonable to me. Launched with some HNMs, Besieged, Assaults, new good jobs, and over the course of it, we received NI, meaningful mission progress, Salvage, Mythics, and ZNMs. Abyssea did things well too.

Areas and monsters look nice but the lack of job footage makes me worry. Please don't make the same mistakes again SE, not another launch PUP disaster.

Looks great, can't wait. Also can't stop staring at that screenshot on the new mainpage of the Galka wearing Perle feet/hands and a Fulad Zereh. Nobody is wearing good gear in those screens and BAM, goddamn Legion drop.

Also holy shit, those purple butterflies are a mob? Awesome. Is that our first mob that's made up of a swarm of tiny mobs? Think it might be~

Triple Bats in NQ Gustaberg say sup. Tres Duendes even improved on the original triple bats by having a changing moveset and formation.

3+ years for WotG was kinda pushing it, esp since it didnt really open anything up.

Extremely excited for the new expansion, but both trailers have been complete shit. I realize we have different teams running around, but it boggles my mind that they think these are acceptable previews after what we got out of ToAU and WotG trailers.

Half the time I didn't bother reading his dialogue because how annoying it is to decipher it. If the game was voiced it'd just be a bit obnoxious, but having to read is just torture.
