Hypotheticals aren't far off when we're talking about a 12 year old kid gunned down for being "suspected" of having a gun while a militia of white guys committing a felony while heavily armed are allowed to feather strut unhindered.

The kid wasn't gunned down for being suspected of having a gun. They rolled up on him because of that and fired when they saw him reaching.

They aint rolling up on a group of armed and ready to shoot because that is suicidal because someone will do something and the situation will escalate and there are enough of them that they will definitely be able to fire back. Also it's been done before against white people I might add and resulted in the deaths of federal agents

And that's where we apply lesson learned from Waco. Our annoyance is that if these men were unarmed and black we'd be talking in a different thread. Wherein we ask if the police can do it correctly now. Why can't they do it in ferguson or baltimore.

And if you think people are bringing up Ferguson because they want blood and not because they want those sorts of responses (you know, peaceful approaches) to apply to ALL groups, you're a fucking moron.

Never said that just saying self preservation is a large part of it.

Well from looking at the video, it looked like he was reaching into his pants before the cop even jumped out and lit him up. it only takes 2 seconds to draw and fire.
