Man shoots Woman at a Movie Theater, Had it unholstered and in his waist because he was paranoid about Mass Shootings in public places
Fled the scene afterwards because he thought it would show that everyone that it was an accident and not a mass shooting, he also dumped the gun in a nearby trash can
Gave the Police two different stories
Gun fell out and went off | Someone went for his crotch and he accidently fired

Its even weirder knowing that you can't bring guns into there. Active duty or not your ass is toast if you're found bringing a gun onto a military base.

That always been the recommended responses to an active shooter, though they worded it weird. Alabama state Leo has radio commercials giving tips daily now. Crazy.

Yeah had a friend who accidentally did that. Well accident for him... his gf set it up. He still got fucked rather hard though he kind of already was for even bigger bs oddly also dealing with his gf.

That highway leads into town. They had been freely coming and going from the refuge prior to this. It appears the FBI decided to act a few days ago and chose this as the opportune time.

So, at this point people are going to start applying the same logic to Robert Lavoy as they applied to people like Eric Gardner, right? I mean his friends back at the compound are trying to spin this as the LEOs murdering him.

"If he didn't want to get shot, he shouldn't have been illegally occupying a federal compound"

Just remember that in reality, #nolivesmatter and the chain of events is very obvious here.

Militia are seen by the FBI and cops as domestic terrorists waiting to happen. With the leadership in jail, one of the not-quite biggest names being a very visible example of what happens if you piss off the cops, and roadblocks up...they'll just wait. There's no mob to fuel any real violence at this point and they'll end up surrendering eventually.

They've already surrendered. The loss of overhead and Tarpman was enough to break them.

I also figured it was going to end in roughly the same way. Normal people break dozens of laws a day so with a cop glued to their ass it's only a matter of time. Why have a confrontational shootout at the Reserve when you could wait until all the overhead leave to go somewhere and you just stop them on stupid shit outside the Reserve and hit'em with the ohbythewayfelonies to make a simple cleanup. While this case wasn't a perfect finish it's about as clean as one could hope for angry white fatbodies with guns.

The FBI and ATF really don't want another Waco and/or Ruby Ridge incident to ruin department policy and power. Not to mention the risk of provoking another McVeigh.

Nah, they handled this pretty well. Shit went with nothing but a whimper. Made them all slack, got them busted while they were headed out for a meeting. And now they've made an offer to the rest to just turn themselves in.

Guy who died was also the same guy who lost his foster kids to the government recently. Aamon Bundy made a statement via his attorney for everyone to "go home and hug their kids" because its a case for the courts now. But some people in the refuge are still standing by to hold up.

The entire thing's gotten weird. Aamon's wife even made a statement saying that she didn't believe it and told them to keep on fighting. Thought it was shortly deleted.

As for the situation inside the refuge, when the network spoke to militant David Fry late Wednesday night, he said five people are still holding out — including him.

"We have new leaders now and new plans," he said.

Fry made his remarks despite a message from Bundy to stand down,.

The arrest of Bundy and the killing of LaVoy Finicum during Tuesday's arrest operation set off "chaos" inside the refuge, according to a video that was released by militants early Thursday. Like other videos, it features Fry, who set up the group's website.

"It was absolute chaos," Fry says in the video. "People were just grabbing their things ... and just fleeing, driving in their cars and zooming out. A lot of people left even their guns, lots of guns and stuff behind. I mean, that's how crazy it is."

After saying that women and children were among those who left, Fry goes on to say that despite receiving word that law enforcement agencies are willing to let people go without being charged, questions remain.

"Obviously, a lot of people are scared of being labeled terrorists — or domestic terrorists," Fry says. "So a lot of people chose to stay and just kind of see what happens."

Speaking over a video that shows a campfire in the driveway of the refuge, Fry then says, "Right now, the situation is that, out of five people left here, four of us are allowed to leave, and one of them has to — he's charged with a felony, he has a felony warrant."

But the militants are insisting that the warrant against the one militant be dismissed first. The negotiator's response was that it's not possible to drop the felony charge, Fry says — something he says is "kind of silly."
