So what is our over/under on finding out the shooter was most likely suffering from a mental problem that was either left undiagnosed/ignored? We have a crazy guy that rides around on a bike around here, fucks with traffic, picks up trash and tosses it all in one giant pile on the side of the highways, and my first thought when I heard all this was that it was him, since he's just left to his own devices.

What I don't understand is that mall is a designated gun-free zone and located in a state with stiff gun control laws. How did he manage to enter with a firearm? Should not be possible.
