Yeah... That's gonna be a really tough talk in like 10-15 years. If they're not already traumatized by the bits and pieces of the event that they will remember.

yes, keeping a gun in your purse near an unattended child is irresponsible.
that is correct and obvious.
what isn't obvious is if it was a revolver or a semi-automatic, which i covered in my statement... if it was a relover, well there ya go, if it was a semi-automatic, then having a round in the chamber like that is EVEN worse....

Not I, but some people can. It's also much easier for them to remember when it's something crazy that happens (i.e fire, freak accident, killing your mom). They're not entire memories but bits and pieces.

I have some memories when I was two. One being having a temper tantrum in my crib trying to climb out it. Another is when I was teething I used to bite the wood on the crib. Some parts were soft and it felt good, some were hard and it was jarring.

You can definitely have bits of memory from that age.

There is also a huge developmental difference between a baby who just turned two and one who is about to turn three. No idea where this kid is on that time frame.

earliest memory i have was walking down the street to a neighbors house and waiting on the couch, playing with the tassels on a pillow by braiding them while my mom chatted with the neighbor. Also remember talking to a girl earlier that day, asking if i could pop the bubble wrap she had. <_< I was talking complete sentences, so I guess i don't remember shit before like... age 7 at least lol.

It really depends on the person. Or on galvanizing memories during those years really. My parents and sister were killed in a fire when I was four, I have very vivid memories of that night, but little of the adoption process after. I remember moving to America, but little again till school. I would lean to think a 2 yr old couldn't really process what even happened, but who knows really.

I don't know, depending on how it went down, images from the aftermath of the shooting may be vivid enough to stick.
