You can morally object all you want but they are citizens of the US and as such are covered by the 14th amendment. Besides, having a head spike on the White House lawn would definitely horrify the general populace but I doubt it would deter the Ted Bundy group.

The first two are, because they run counter to the culture of "need mah gun to protect myself and my family." A gun you can't access instantly is no protection at all, and people know this because it's intuitively obvious.

I still think the family of the oakland girl that was pronounced brain dead and even had a death certificate after getting an infection from a tonsillectomy at children's hospital, who then moved her to an inpatient facility in new jersey, then decided to not pay rent for the apartment they rented near the hospital, despite getting tens of thousands of dollars in donations get's that title.

21 year old suspect shot and killed 9 black people at a church prayer group last night in Charleston, South Carolina, and race was the reason for the shooting. Suspect is in jail.
