Firion (Final Fantasy II)
Cecil (Final Fantasy IV)
Bartz (Final Fantasy V)
Terra (Final Fantasy VI)
Cloud (Final Fantasy VII)
Squall (Final Fantasy VIII)
Zidane (Final Fantasy IX)
Tidus (Final Fantasy X)
Vaan (Final Fantasy XII)
Lightning (Final Fantasy XIII)
These two cutscenes alone smoke most of what FFX had to offer.
You mean just because the story revolves around her decisions and character development and the fate of 2 empires rests on her ability to resolve her internal and external conflicts, avert a disastrous war between empires, and become a capable leader that she's the main character?
Lunacy!
I remember reading they actually looked for performers with a background in theatre for the XII voice cast, it certainly paid off. Also no one's mentioned Phil LaMarr yet? For shame.
(could do without the guy talking over the scene tho -_-)
Emoboy (Tidus) was quite annoying, but monkeboy (Djidane) was worse. Didn't play XII or XIII.
And fuck the haters, Squall kicked ass.
Anyway, I'm pretty sure the main character of VI was Locke, not Terra. IIRC, that was the character you were required to use (except in the prologue); hence the main character.
Sounds like XI patches.
I've played through XII once, about 2 months after its release in 2006, and I am having a terrible time remembering any of the plot you guys are talking about. This is even worse that watching the LoTR movies, having never read the books, and having no idea what the fuck anyone was talking about. I did try to replay XII once, about a year ago, but I only got as far as KILLER TOMATO: THE HUNT BEGINS before turning it off.
That game must really not be for you. I fucking loved the hunts as did most fans of the game.
Squall was just trying to prepare us for XI.Sounds like XI patches.
He knew that feel, bro.
