I just realized that since the eagles will be hiring a new coach I can bring back my old foolproof theory on what should be the number one character trait coaches possess in order to be good head coaches at the nfl level. I have never needed it before but I can tell you why chip Kelly will undeniably fail at being a head coach. I need visual aids though so this will have to wait until I am done at work, prolly between games
