He does that intentionally because both of them can do it and he's had a real bad time dealing with the alternative (see Houston game). It ain't pretty but at least some of it is definitely on purpose.

Its also one of the only options when your receivers are either too slow(Boldin) or too inexperienced/running meh routes(torrey) to reliably get open. Pitta though... if a play is designed with him in mind he gets open and Flacco hits him right on target. Hope they recognized this more moving forward.

I just realized the 4 teams in the AFC division round are the same as last year. The only AFC playoff team difference this year is that the Steelers lost in the first round last year instead of the Colts.
