What acquisitions? Kovalev and Kuba are the only ones I can think of this year and I don't see them making massive improvements. The rookie Huberdeau should be good but he's a rookie, so it will take time for him to make a big impact, probably. They highly over-achieved last year and only won the division/made the playoffs because they had 18 overtime loses.

Isn't Parros new too? But essentially just those few, I just got the impression as a group of new players they were supposed to be a big deal for the Panthers. Probably getting too much of the picture from things coming straight from the organization anyhow. Kind of deflating.

Parros is just a fighter, so nothing major there. Panthers orginization probably hyped it up but I don't see any big pick-ups

Yea. I am blowing you out in Goals and +/- only, have nice lead in Hits and PIMs but everything else is still close. Also, neither of us has a SHP/SO yet, could still go either way with 3 days to go.

This is correct but doesn't change how dumb JR is, because he's actually pretty good in the playoffs.
