Erskine going for puck, Simmonds runs into him, Erskine reacts and crushes him, Flyers crying for a call and start a fight at the next puck drop. Both tossed because the dumbass ref didn't drop the puck.

In fairness, Erskine's elbow caught Simmonds in the head but Simmonds is the one who wasn't paying attention and was the reason there was contact.
